Summarizing Alerts​

On the Alerts page, in the Summary Boxes section, alerts are grouped into the following categories:

  • Alert Details
  • Target Details
  • General Details
  • Investigation Details

Each of these categories contains several summary boxes displaying different information. To adjust which summary boxes are displayed, complete the following procedure. If you instead want to modify the search query being used on the Alerts page, see the Filtering Alerts topic.

Selecting which boxes to display in the Summary Boxes section​

  1. In ActiveEye, in the left pane, click Alerts.

  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the Show Summary Boxes button (The Show Summary Boxes button).

  3. In the Summary Boxes section, beside the section heading, select The Show Summary Boxes button.

  4. In the window, beside the name of each summary box that you want to exclude from the Summary Boxes section, clear the checkbox.
  5. Click Update Summary Boxes.
    The Summary Boxes section is updated to display only the selected summary boxes.
